1.) Tuesday, June 17th at 5:00PM EDT, Author and Talon contributor Ronald Winter ("Masters of the Art; A Fighting Marine's Memoir of Vietnam") will be the sole guest for one hour on the top rated program at Global Talk Radio's "Calling All Authors." 2.) I will do the introductory lecture and Q&A session Monday evening, June 23, 2008, 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Bushnell Literature to Life program. On June 23, the series will feature The Things They Carried from the fiction-based-on-fact novel by Tim O'Brien.

This series is held in the Autorino Great Hall. We are expecting nearly 200 people for The Things They Carried. I will sign copies of Masters of the Art, following the performance (approximately 9 p.m.).

3.) Michelle Malkin (blogger, author, TV analyst) & Melanie Morgan (Chairman of Move America Forward, author, radio talk show host) jointly conceived of and will co-host an 8-hour Web-A-Thon on June 26th (from 4:00pm - Midnight Eastern / 1:00pm - 9:00pm Pacific). Both have been to Iraq on the front lines of the war effort.
